BUSCH Model Railways: Dodge Power Wagon

BUSCH-Home

H0 44000 Dodge Power Wagon

The Dodge Power Wagon was introduced in 1945. It was produced in response to many requests from returning soldiers who liked the robustness and versatility of the military versions used in the Second World War. It was the first civilian 4-wheel-drive pickup built by an American manufacturer. Dodge produced more than 95,000 Power Wagons from 1945 to 1968. This vehicle is still popular today, and those who own them are very proud of this piece of history. The Busch model is a faithful 1:87 scale replica of this historic vehicle and is offered in three versions: a pickup with a wooden bed, a farm truck with a stake bed and as a military vehicle with tarpaulin. Noteworthy model details: perfect outlines, separate radiator grille, contrasting colored fenders, separate headlamps, wheels with open-spoke rims and offroad tires and precise printing of the model designation.
